Dr Serena Kelly appointed continuing lecturer in GCLS

The National Centre for Research on Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Serena Kelly as a continuing Lecturer in the Politics of the European Union.

Since 2010, Serena has been a valued academic staff member at the University of Canterbury and has a strong research and teaching record at the under-and postgraduate level.

Dr Kelly has led a number of European Union-funded Jean Monnet projects including for EURA101 and the Model EU, which invites high school students to campus to participate in a simulation of the European Parliament.

She is the current NZIIA chair for Christchurch and has close working relationships within the European Union Studies Association Asia Pacific (EUSAAP).
