The UC Taiwan Film Series continues with a Zoom talk to be given by a senior scholar in the USA.
Given that Taiwan is the first nation-state in Asia, though contested by China and excluded from UN, to produce a gay-themed novel (1983) and legalise same-sex marriage (2019), this talk on Your Heart Engraved Herein will be of interest to those who want to learn more about Taiwan studies and/or LGBTQ+ issues.
