Careers and Conversation night: Bachelor of Social and Environmental Sustainability

The Faculty of Arts hosted a Careers and Conversation night, 14 September, for the Bachelor of Social and Environmental Sustainability (BSEnS) students, including guest speakers such as Head of Climate Resilience and Sustainability at Christchurch City Council Tony Moore, Head of Sustainability at Wespac Bank Belinda Van Eyndhoven, and Head of Institutional Relationships at Westpac, Andrew Bashford. All the employers were particularly encouraging about the wide range of jobs available, and the need for transdisciplinary problem solves in sustainability. The BSEnS was said to offer exciting opportunities for these career pathways.
