Drawing Kin is an exhibition by Louise Palmer, hosted by Te Whare Waiutuutu Kate Shepard House. Extending on past research this exhibition draws on personal and social histories. As the recipient of the Grace Butler Memorial Foundation Award in 2021, a year of disruption for many, this body of work developed from a site installation ALSO HER DAUGHTER, installed at the Kate Sheppard Memiorial Walk in the Christchurch Botanic Gardens.
