Mike Grimshaw(Sociology) has been invited to be a member of the panel discussion on Academic Freedom for the Free Speech Union AGM in Christchurch this weekend (November 4 at the Town Hall). He will discuss past cases of Academic Freedom in NZ in the 1930s and 1950 and what are the issues Ademic Freedom faces today.
