We are pleased to circulate the Call for Papers for the 17th Biennial Conference of the Australasian Association for Communist and Post-Communist Studies that will be held here at UC on 30-31 January 2025. The broad theme of the conference is ‘Changing Divisions in Europe and the Asia-Pacific: A New Cold War?’, albeit papers from a broad range of disciplines are welcome. We expect a distinguished keynote speaker from overseas and some representatives of the diplomatic corps coming to the conference.
Please take a look at the Call for Papers circulated to staff and PG students and consider submitting a paper or panel proposal for this conference. UC staff and PG students can also register for one day attendance at half the price of the regular (two-day) fee.
