Join a Special Guest Lecture “Communicating NATO in the Indo-Pacific: Multilateral Diplomacy in the Changing World” (hosted by Public Diplomacy and Political Communication Forum, UC Media & Comms) on Tuesday, 18 March, 12-1:30pm, in Te Moana Room (Rehua, Room 226). It is presented by Dr Pietro De Matteis, a Programme Officer of the NATO Public Diplomacy Division. Dr De Matteis is responsible for engagement with the Indo-Pacific and Latin America, focusing on Public Diplomacy to promote understanding of the Alliance’s objectives: ensuring peace, stability, and respect for the rule of law. To do so, he collaborates with think tanks, academia, NGOs, and stakeholders globally. This lecture is a part of the research events at the UC Media and Communication Department celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2025.
