The United States Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers has awarded Distinguished Professor Jack Copeland a Certificate of Appreciation for his “work on behalf of IEEE’s Milestones Program and for his efforts preserving and promoting history”. The Certificate reads: “The IEEE History Committee recognizes and commends the efforts and contributions to the IEEE Milestone Program made by Jack Copeland”.
